Eva Harte is a salon located in Uddingston offering a range of beauty treatments. Our team are ready to give you that pampering experience you deserve.

ABOUT US

- We are located on Church Street, next to Mesart. There is parking available in a close by car park as well as on street parking on select days.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND LATENESS POLICY

At Eva Harte we understand that there may be times when you are delayed or unable to attend a scheduled appointment, and we will always try to accommodate you as best we can. Please see our policies below to ensure that the salon and our teams day can run as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

LATENESS

- If you are delayed for a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to adjust your appointment or reschedule if necessary.
- If you arrive late, your treatment many have to be altered or reduced, depending on the treatment you are booked in for and the timing. If this is the case your therapist will talk with you about what treatments are most important to get completed in the allocated treatment time left.

RESCHEDULING

- If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours before the appointment time to enable us to reschedule the appointment without any charge.
- If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, it is deemed as a cancellation and will result in 100% charge of the appointment you had originally booked in.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

-If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a 100% charge for the appointment originally booked in.
- If an appointment is a 'no-show' with no communication from the client regarding the appointment booked in, there will be a 100% charge for the appointment originally booked in, and a 50% deposit taken for future appointments.

PLEASE NOTE, If you change your mind on what treatment you are having at your appointment and this results in a shorter appointment you will still be charged for the original appointment booked.

REMOVALS

- Please book a Soak off if you have existing product on your nails. If you arrive to your appointment with existing product on we may be unable to offer you a full service. We do not remove hard gel or Acrylic from other salons

MINOR CLIENT POLICY

- At Eva Harte, minor clients are between 12-18 years old.
- We are not permitted to carry out waxing on clients under the age of 12.
- Over 12 years olds, minor clients need a thorough consultation and patch test.
- Minor clients ages 12-16 are permitted to have the following treatments carried out with the consent of a parent/guardian:
- Facial waxing (Eyebrow, Lip, Chin, Side of face)
- Underarm waxing
- Basic bikini
- Leg waxing / Arm waxing
- Shellac (no responsibility will be taken for disregard to aftercare advice)
- Spray Tanning
- Minor clients aged 16-18 years old are permitted to have the above treatments carried out as well as
- Extended Bikini waxing
- Lashus Lashlift
- Fit Tips (no responsibility will be taken for disregard to aftercare advice)

- A parent/guardian must be present and on the premises throughout a minor clients treatment, from the age 12-16. Over 16's can be unsupervised once the initial treatment has the consent of a parent/guardian.

PATCH TESTING

- Patch Testing is required as an insurance requirement for the following treatments:
- Tinting
- Lashus LashLift
- HD Brows


- If you have a sensitivity to certain products a patch test can be carried out prior to any waxing treatments too.

- This is required at least 48 hours before your first appointment. Please contact us beforehand to book this. -
- Lashlifts and Semi Permanent Eyelashes cannot be carried out if you are pregnant.
